To access all images private and public, you must be logged in with our administrator account.

Security

  • Most photos are privately stored in SmugMug and require an admin login to view them. All staff members have access to the login which is shared in the third-party-account-logins document (above).
  • Lori will occasionally select a small number of photos to be made available for the public on SmugMug for public events, or photos that represent student life or program activities.

What’s Stored in SmugMug?

  • Faculty, staff and student portraits
  • Event photos
  • Historical archive photos
  • Photos sent to us from members (either events, conferences, etc.)
  • Any photo that has value to save as part of the program archives is appropriate to add.

Adding Photos

  • If you have acquired a photo that you feel is appropriate to store in our photo archives, you may log in to SmugMug and upload it.
  • Look for the most appropriate folder to place portrait photos.
  • If you create a new album for a unique event, add as a gallery, and ensure permissions are set to private or unlisted.
  • For all photos added, include names and dates of who is featured in the photo. This helps locate images by name using SmugMug search.
